Initially issued four times per year, with every fourth issue printed as yearbook. By 1937, published as yearbook only. Initially published by Winston City High School, whose name later changed in 1913 to Winston-Salem City High School and to Richard J. Reynolds High School in the early 1920s. In 1936, publication expands to include North High School (later John W. Hanes High School) and South High School (later James A. Gray High School). Later, the publication resumed being solely the yearbook for Richard J. Reynolds High School
